1. Product features
a:Semi-interpenetrating network cross-sectional structure: The membrane functional layer and the support layer form a semi-interpenetrating network, and the regulation of the structure does not affect the welding strength between the membrane and the ABS support plate, but also improves the interlayer adhesion fastness and burst strength between the two, and effectively prolongs the service life of the high-end filter membrane and the resistance to strong backwash.
b：Typical sponge-like cross-sectional structure: the ultra-thin hydrophilic cortex, paracortex and porous support layer gradually change to a sponge-like and topological structure from top to bottom, which gives the high-end filter membrane a higher porosity, and the capillary force during the application process reduces the membrane pore resistance, effectively improving the filtration flux in the application of high-end membrane applications.
c:Small pores and narrow pore size distribution in the cortex: small surface pore size (average pore size of about 70nm), uniform pore size distribution, narrow pore size distribution, and small pore size coefficient of variation, which improves the surface filtration effect of high-end membrane series products, reduces the risk of deep pollution, and effectively improves the restorative cleaning depth in industrial applications.

Scale: Yandang River 1.9km, inferior five categories, mild black odor, integrated equipment daily processing capacity of 1,000 tons.
